This 1700 square foot, four bedroom, two bathroom unit is located within a Victorian four flat in the heart of Old Town, at Eugenie and Sedgwick Streets. There are three queen size beds, one double bed, a lovely living room with a sleeper sofa and a newly renovated kitchen. Lit by plenty of natural sunlight and decorated in muted tones, makes this a very peaceful retreat. A very nice outdoor patio is available for guests use and includes seating and a gas grill. Public transportation is excellent from this location. The Brown Line is just 2 blocks away and several bus lines are within just 2-3 blocks. The neighborhood is filled with an array of excellent restaurants and boutiques as well as coffee houses and comedy clubs! The lakefront is just a 10 minute walk away!
