Beautifully furnished, fully renovated four bedroom, three bathroom condo in a historic Victorian red brick building near the intersection of Webster and Halsted Streets. The unit is a two floor duplex on the east side of the building.

The home has a large living room, family room, dining room, full new kitchen, 4 bedrooms (two on each floor) and three new full bathrooms. One bath has a Jacuzzi tub and another has a steam shower and the third has a tub with shower. Three of the bedrooms have queen size beds in them and the 4th has 2 twin beds. Max occupancy is 10. There is a back porch off the master bedroom that has a table and chairs for relaxing. There is a back yard for grilling and an amazing roof top deck that is perfect for small gatherings, and viewing the city lights (including the Willis Tower) from above.

The unit also includes two wood burning fireplaces (renters please use only candles in fireplaces), and an eat-in kitchen and bar. Family room has a 40-inch flat screen television/DVD, laundry room with full size washer and dryer on first floor. Lots of closet space, 12 foot ceilings and beautiful spacious front windows. High speed internet/WI-FI, cable TV is included. There is one parking space provided and available street parking with provided overnight parking passes. Excellent public transportation (CTA trains: Purple; Red; and Brown lines), bus stop at corner. NON SMOKING except outside on porch!

What’s within walking distance? The Lincoln Park Zoo, Fullerton Avenue Beach, Lincoln Park itself, the Chicago History Museum, Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum, Lincoln Park Nature Conservatory, Armitage boutique shopping, outstanding Zaget rated restaurants and bars. Some of which are: world renowned Charlie Trotters, Shine, Toast, Nookies, Starbucks, and Nesh.

For the fitness buffs there is DePaul University’s Gym, located on Sheffield between Belden and Webster, and Core Yoga. For runners and bikers, Lincoln Park is right down the street for a great sight seeing adventure which should include our beautiful lakefront.

Parents with children will have to pay a visit to Oz Park, on Webster just east of Halstead, a great playground awaits your children along with a water park for small children (up to age 9), you too can relax in this great space and enjoy the beautiful gardens.

What’s within short rides on public transportation? Michigan Avenue (The Mag Mile), Navy Pier, Museum of Contemporary Art, Field Museum, Shedd Aquarium, Millennium Park, The Art Institute and of course the Loop which is encompassed by the CTA’s elevated train system.
