The bedrooms are comfortably furnished with queen size beds and there are queen size sleeper sofas in each living room. A multi-million dollar restoration is just being completed, and come late spring 2007; there will be a wonderful roof-top deck and a state of the art work out facility. You cannot beat the location and comfortable accommodations, not to mention the friendly staff.

There is a full service spa, a convenience store, dry cleaner and laundry room in the building. Each suite includes high speed internet access, cable television and private phone lines. All of the suites are non-smoking.

Address is 1400 North Lake Shore Drive at Schiller Street and transportation is excellent from this location. You can get to any location in Chicago in minutes via the bus, a taxi, or by train. Nearby hotels offer free shuttle service to McCormick Place, Chicago’s convention center, as well. Parking is available ½ block away for $25/day.

Three Bedroom Apartments – maximum occupancy 8 – Rates $375 per night with a 3 night minimum stay. Weekly rate is $2100. Monthly rate is $4500.
